Sub Focus, one of drum and bass music’s most influential producers and live performers, introduced a new era of immersive electronic performance with the launch of Circular Sound, a groundbreaking live concept designed to place audiences inside the music itself. Built around a fully surrounding sound system and a unique circular stage environment, the show transforms the traditional concert experience by enveloping the crowd in sound, light, and energy from every direction. When the production arrived at the iconic Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles for its North American debut, the moment carried significant weight for both Sub Focus and the growing global resurgence of drum and bass. The performance represented a major milestone for the concept, bringing one of the genre’s most ambitious live productions to an audience experiencing Circular Sound for the first time.

We were brought in to capture and document this landmark performance, with Creative Director Brandon Densley overseeing the visual direction and execution on site. Our team provided live event photography and multi-cam coverage throughout the show, capturing the immersive stage environment, the surrounding audience energy, and the intensity of the performance itself.
