/ About the project
Worship, the drum and bass collective comprised of Sub Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock, and 1991, reached a defining milestone with their headline performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in October 2025. For decades, drum and bass has been one of electronic music’s most influential genres, yet outside of the UK it has often remained confined to festival slots and niche tours. That is what made this moment significant. For the first time, the genre took center stage at one of the most iconic venues in the world, a space long associated with cultural mainstays across rock, indie, and mainstream electronic music. The show represented more than a single performance, it marked a shift in visibility, signaling how far drum and bass has evolved from underground clubs and pirate radio into a global movement capable of commanding landmark stages.
We were was brought in to capture and document this milestone, with Creative Director Brandon Densley leading the visual direction while also contributing to imagery on site. Photographer Sam Neill and multicam operator Bailey Hyatt supported the production, delivering comprehensive coverage across both stills and motion. The team focused on capturing the scale of Red Rocks, the energy of the crowd, and the significance of the moment for the genre, translating the performance into a visual narrative that reflects both its cultural weight and live intensity. The resulting body of work preserves a landmark moment in drum and bass history, documenting the point at which the genre expanded onto one of the most respected stages in live music.
