/ About the project
Manila Killa, an artist known for his melodic sensibility and forward thinking production, returned with I WANNA, marking a notable shift in his sound with his first release in the drum and bass space. Released through Boom Records, the track signaled a new chapter, introducing a more high energy and rhythm driven direction while maintaining the emotional tone that has defined his work to date. As an impactful first step into the genre, the release carried importance in both positioning and perception, requiring a visual identity that could support the transition while remaining true to his established audience.
With Creative Director Brandon Densley leading the visual direction across the project, our team delivered the official visualizer, photography, and post-production, building a cohesive visual language that aligned with the energy and tone of the record. The work focused on creating a clear and consistent rollout across platforms, ensuring that each asset contributed to a unified presentation of Manila Killa’s evolution as an artist. The result is a body of work that supports the release both visually and strategically, reinforcing the impact of his first entry into drum and bass while maintaining continuity with his broader creative identity.
